MAC Tournament semifinals
Sidwell advanced to the finals of the MAC Tournament by beating Maret by the convincing score of 12-4. Owen Liu-Bailey led the way as starting pitcher, throwing 5.2 innings and earning his fourth win of the season. He also hit a pivotal two-run homerun in the second inning.
Speaking of homeruns, Porter Speece had two on the day, including two-run blasts in each of the first two innings of the game.
The Quakers will host Potomac in the finals on Saturday.
