In an away game at Bullis, with the exception of the bottom of the 4th inning, Sidwell played its cleanest and strongest game of the year.

The Quakers put up two runs in the top of the first, with Chris Stevens driving in both runs with a two out double to right center. The team managed another run in the third and took a 3-0 lead into the bottom of the 4th. Things were looking good, as starter Sam Lipscomb had retired the first nine batters he faced. Unfortunately, the perfect game was blown wide open (along with the shutout and then the no hitter) after the first three batters of the inning reached on errors. At the end of a long inning, the Quakers found themselves trailing 3-4.

Fortunately, the team quickly regained its composure and scored a run to tie the game in the top of the 5th. After holding Bullis scoreless in the bottom of the fifth, the Quakers came up with a big inning in the top of the sixth. Diamente Holloway batted in the go-ahead run (this run would prove to be game-winning) with no outs, and then Stevens again came up big -- this time with a two-out triple -- to drive in two. Stevens scored on a passed ball, and the Quakers handed reliever Luke Friedman a four-run lead to protect. The bottom of the 6th took Friedman only seven pitches to complete; he struck out two and drew a ground ball to close out the inning and the game, which ended early due to a time limit.
