1st...TOP...Patterson starts out strong on the first pitch, resulting in a flyout to Friedman...Walk then an overthrow on a bunt scores one and leaves one at third base.. The Quakers get their second out on a popup to first.. the next batter drives in the man on third..the Quakers end the inning on a groundball to Sarro at second base...BOTTOM...After a strikeout, E. Kohn smashes a linedrive to right-center field for a single...E. Kohn steals second base...two more flyouts end the inning.

2nd..TOP...Yamakazi catches a flyball at third to get the first out of the inning....Ethan makes a tough catch running toward the foul line for the second out...The Quakers complete a four-pitch inning for Patterson with a linedrive caught by Bernstein...BOTTOM....Patterson battles for a walk to lead off the inning...Migas courtesy-runs for Patterson, immediately stealing second....after a strikeout, the catcher throws out Migas who was trying to swipe another base. The inning ends on a strikeout.

3rd..TOP...Friedman shows off his skills by pivoting back and running hard to track down a well-struck fly ball hit to right center. Sarro makes an easy catch on an fly ball hit just out of the infield...and then Patterson makes a Matrix-like catch after the batter bashes a line-drive back up the middle...BOTTOM...Superb pitching takes down our first two hitters. The inning ends on a groundball to first.

4th..TOP...Their hitter singles to left field..The Quakers get their first out on a groundball to second...The runner is driven in on a single to center...Friedman makes a great catch deep in centerfield, holding the runner to first. Tyrone fires one by the batter to end the inning with a strikeout...BOTTOM...Both E. Kohn and Lipscomb are walked to lead off the inning...Friedman advances both runners on an sac bunt...Patterson knocks in a run on a ground ball...Sarro lines out on a rope to centerfield.

5th...TOP...Hefter comes in to relieve Patterson...With a few grunts for effect, he needs a mere 11 pitches with one flyout and two groundouts...BOTTOM...Brooke's excellent pitching results in a 1-2-3 inning.

6th...TOP...Subs for the Quakers include Migas for Yamazaki, Davies for Matthiesen, and Untereiner for Bruetman. Untereiner catches a high popup behind the plate for the first out. Hefter smokes one by the batter for the second out...After a HBP and a walk, Tierney comes into replace Hefter...The Quakers walk in a run, expanding Brooke's lead to 4...another walk yields another run...Tierney finishes off the last batter with a fastball...BOTTOM...after a groundout, the Quakers go on a tear, with a walk and two outfield singles...Sarro has a clutch hit, knocking in Sidwell's second run, but the centerfielder fires one in, getting the final out at homeplate, just beating Lipscomb who had tried to score from second.

7th...TOP...A walk and a hit leave runners at first and third...Brooke scores their 7th run on an infield error...Tierney guns the runner down at first base...a passed ball lets another runner score...Sidwell ends the inning with two infield flyouts...BOTTOM...Sidwell can't muster a rally and the final score is 8-2 in favor of Brooke.
